Welcome to Springs Aviation. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Bookings and Payments
- All bookings are subject to availability. Payment is required at the time of scheduling.
- A 3% service fee applies to all card payments.
- Discovery Flights are limited to one per person. No refunds are issued for no-shows.
2. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations will result in a forfeiture of payment.
- Springs Aviation reserves the right to cancel or reschedule flights due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule at no additional cost.
3. Refunds
- All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. This includes payments for Discovery Flights, ground school, and other services.
- Refunds may be issued at the discretion of Springs Aviation in cases of extenuating circumstances.
4. Liability
- By participating in any flight or training activity, you acknowledge the inherent risks involved and agree to release Springs Aviation from any liability for injuries, damages, or losses incurred.
5. FAA Requirements
- Participants must meet all FAA requirements, including obtaining a valid FAA Medical Certificate before solo flight or purchasing the Pre-Pay Deal.
6. Conduct
- We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual who does not comply with our policies or behaves in a manner that endangers themselves, others, or our equipment.
7. Changes to Terms
- Springs Aviation may update these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with the effective date.
