Mike is an A&P mechanic working full-time to help maintain the fleet at Springs Aviation. His love for aviation began when he joined the Navy and got to travel the world as an ordnanceman for the incredible F-18 Hornet from '06 to 2011. After retiring from the Navy, he entered the automotive and heavy equipment maintenance scene where he picked up even more experience as a mechanic. Eventually, he made his return to the aviation world and attended A&P school, graduating in May of 2020. Like Steve, he is an Eagle Scout and in his spare time enjoys visiting the park and the zoo with his wife and their two kids.
