New Student & Renter Orientation

Welcome to Springs Aviation! As a new student or renter, you’ll have some paperwork to fill out. This paperwork is necessary for our records, the TSA’s requirements and more. New Students

In addition to several forms, we’ll also need copies of your driver’s license and either passport or birth certificate in compliance with the TSA’s proof of citizenship requirements. You do not need to have your FAA medical to get started, but must provide a copy of both your medical and insurance before your first solo flight. You can download the forms from the list of requirements below and click the button below when you’ve gathered all the required documents.

New Renters

In addition to several forms, we’ll need copies of your driver’s license and either passport or birth certificate in compliance with the TSA’s proof of citizenship requirements. We will also require copies of your Pilot Certificate, FAA Medical, and your renter’s insurance. We require a minimum of $40,000 hull coverage. You will also be required to complete a checkout with one of our instructors before renting our aircraft.

If you’ve already completed most of the new student or renter onboarding process, you can upload just a medical and just your proof of insurance.

Flight Schedule Pro

You must create an account with FSP using the link below or add us to your list of companies before we process your paperwork. After we have completed processing your new student/renter paperwork, we will give you access to our scheduling system with Flight Schedule Pro.

Already Have an FSP Account?

If you have ever had an account with Flight Schedule Pro through a different flight school, you will need to click ‘Log In’ and use the same email/username and password. If you do not remember your password, please click ‘Forgot Password’ and a reset link will be sent to your email.

You can then log in, access your account and add us by inputting our company ID: 138627.

New to FSP?

If you have never used Flight Schedule Pro, you will need to sign up and fill out the information form before you will be able to access the scheduler. You will be prompted to set a username and password. Once you complete the form and are approved by our staff, you will be able to log in to your account.

For instructions on navigating through the FSP system and making reservations, see the ‘Get Help’ tab on the home page once you have logged in. You will find some helpful video links with step-by-step instructions. Below you can also find our instructions sheet for scheduling flights.
